In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 days of order receipt. In the unlikely event an out-of-stock item is ordered, we will contact you.  Special orders and customized items will be shipped as ready.  Item specific lead-times, if different from the above, are listed on the site. Personalized items may be delayed due to artists' scheduling. Pure & Honest Kids will notify customer of delays or changes to standard shipping policies.

Pure & Honest Kids uses standard UPS ground shipping. You may request overnight or 2nd day service for an additional charge. For larger, bulkier items there may be additional shipping charges that apply. Each order will be assessed and you will be notified prior to shipping of charge changes, if any. Express and Overnight shipping may not always be available on all items. Shipping is based on total order price. Furniture surcharges or oversized item charges will be noted on the individual item description and will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Most all items are shipped from our North Carolina facility. UPS time in transit varies by ship-to location. Refer to the map below for days in transit for most shipments.

Customer Pickup is available as a shipping option to our local customers. Our showroom hours are Monday - Wednesday 10 am - 2 pm and Thursday 10 am - 6pm. All orders placed with a shipping method of Customer Pickup will be available for pickup the during the next open business day. No shipping charges apply to any orders that are picked up at the showroom.

Orders

Pure & Honest Kids accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM until 5PM EST.  If you need assistance with online ordering, please call customer service (866.294.0126) or email customerservice@pureandhonestkids.com. Phone and email inquiries are answered in a timely manner, usually on the same business day. For after-hours inquiries, we will make every effort to contact you on the next business day following your request. 

Orders are accepted and shipped to all 50 US states. International orders are not accepted at this time. Inventory is updated at least every 24 hours. Online inventory can be considered very accurate. However, in the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified, via email or phone, prior to your order shippping to decide how you would like to proceed.

Gift Wrapping

Upon request, we will gladly gift wrap your purchase for no additional charge in our signature wrap and/or include a handwritten card with your personalized message. Please include this information in the order notes section at checkout.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to orders shipped in North Carolina only. Pure & Honest Kids is based in Mocksville, NC.

Return Policy

Pure & Honest Kids want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When your package is received, please examine and report any damage immediately. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt with the proper paperwork included and filled out. All sales are final after 14 days from purchase. Items must be in their original unused, unwashed condition with the manufacturer tag still intact. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have the standard shipping charges subtracted from the purchase credit. Orders submitted with promotions will have the value (%) of the promotion subtracted from the purchase credit. We strive not to ship defective merchandise, but in the event it happens, please contact us and we will gladly examine the item and make the proper corrections.

Please note that custom orders, including monogrammed items, are made specifically for you are always non-returnable and non-refundable.

Gift items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Regular return policies still apply. Please call for authorization.

Large furnishings may be subject to a manufacturer re-stocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your furnishing item, please keep all packaging and call or email Pure & Honest Kids customer service.

Clearance items (items that are marked down 40% or more off of the original price) are always final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Swim suits are non-refundable but make be exchanged for another size or store credit.

Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not recieved a credit when the 30-day window is complete, please contact us.

Pure and Honest Kids accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please shop our site with confidence, knowing your information is secure.  Your personal information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) and stored on our PCI compliant servers. We will never sell or give your information to another party.

Wish lists and GiftLists are subject to item availability and pricing changes.  Order errors will be reported to the customer prior to shipping. 

Pure & Honest Kids work very hard to bring you the safest items in the marketplace.  We cannot be held liable for accidents or personal injury involving a product purchased on our site. Pure & Honest Kids is not responsible for copyright or licensing infringements of products sold on our site. We strive to purchase from reputable sources, but cannot guarantee the honesty of our vendors.

Orders are processed quickly and must be cancelled within three hours of placing an order. All orders placed before 12 pm ET will most likely ship same day.

We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.
