Sweet Potatoes, Inc. was founded in 1978 by two young moms with the shared dream of creating bright, imaginative clothing for children.

Currently, Sweet Potatoes Inc. produces clothing under eight labels including Sweet Potatoes, a boys and girls coordinated sportswear clothing collection and New Potatoes, which includes knit playwear-inspired clothing from infant to toddler. Sweet Potatoes specializes in baby clothes, rompers, coveralls, jumpsuits, and sets.
